Hello,

I booked a flat (1200 sq ft) in jaipuria sunrise nh-24 in middle of It was told to me that will get posession by end of As of today 02/07 they have not started the project, but they have collected around 7lacs by 2007 after that they never demanded any money nor they answer any of phone calls and when visit to their site, one could only find security guards with no answers.

I visited their office more than 10 times when requested them to refund my hard earned money, their employees said they cannot refund and want me to wait for coming 3 years

Plz advice, what shall i do
