"Keshavam" an apartment project at Guruvayoor delayed the delivery of apartments by more than 3 years. Most of the investors are paying high amount of interest to bankers for nothing. Still uncertain about the completion. Project has encumbrances such as bank loans and other third party payable. Promoters are blaming each others for not meeting the contractual obligation.
