Lodha Dewellers Dombivili
Paid the entire consideration amount but possession not yet given

I had booked a flat in Lodha Casa bella at Dombivili in the year 2009 . Since last 3 and half year i have been given promises for my possession but not yet given and even they dont allow us to see the site. Pl help me in this regards. First they say and 2 years that Suprima D wing is not going to be constructed. Then when i request them to give me transfer in some other building they had given me in Suprima A wing Flat No 806, taken all the money whenever demanded registration done. and promised me to deliver the possession in the month of April, then it become may, then June now they say in September, I dont understand now they are going to come with what excuses. This everything on the Paper and nothing i have seen physical nor the room not the building . pl help in this regards
