Mahidhara Central
Delay in refund

Dear All,

I had booked a row house in Mahidhara Central and paid INR 100, 000/- as advance. Due to unforseen personal reasons, i had to cancel the booking and as per process, submitted a cancellation request on 02 Nov. The authorities promised refund in 45 days. Now when the 45 day period is over, one Mr. Mohan, Senior Manager responded to me in a dirty way and said that it would take more time. When i insisted that it was a hard earned money and that Mahidhara Central can't talk to customers like that, he still spoke dirty and cut the call.

I request all of you out there to be very careful in investing in such projects. If this is the fate of INR 100, 000/-, then what would happen if we invest INR 25 lacs for an apartment there!!! This is my sincere request.
