NAPC is into the construction business for decades and have good reputation as they claim. They have now ventured into the construction of housing properties. I recently booked a flat in NAPC properties. What they committed at the time of booking is not getting reflected in the agreement. There is no resolution for defective flat and no mention of maintenance post hand over. When I raised this query I got a big NO from them and they said it cant be included because I am the only person who has asked this and all the other people who booked did not even raise this. To get the NO I had to wait for 3 weeks. Really wondering how people who had booked missed such an important point.

They have a very poor customer service. When ever something is asked they never respond on time.

They wanted me to register the flat before end of 31st Dec as there is going to be a raise in the registration charges. But the main idea being the transfer of all the burden of taxes and statutory charges to the buyer after registration. The funny part is that the property will be handed over in June and currently the structure has come up to first floor. In case if there are any taxes or statutory charges to be paid, has to be paid by the buyer for a property which will be non existent except in paper.
