I am 69 years old, a serios heart patient, live alone with wife only. I
had booked aFLAT with PARSVNATH at their SUBASH NAGAR
DELHI PROJECT in 2006.Finding that the company may not start construction, I purchased aother flat with partial loan. I want to cancell
the booking, want my money back.want to repay the loan and want to live peacefully. Pls help
