Non refund of booking amount

Be careful before booking a Flat in AMSRI’s projects. They will cheat you either by not completing the project and provide all fake commitment of starting the project or by not paying your money (even booking amount) if you realised that there is no hope of timely completion of the project and cancel the same subsequently. I have experienced the same in their Bangalore project– white pearls and still struggling to get by refund of booking amount from them. I have approached to their directors also – Mr U.Srinivas and Mr Amruth Gour, post all best possible try to get my money recovered from their GM and in charge of the project Mr Sripathi but no response, no payment.

Since I have burned my finger already, please be careful before you chose AMSRI and get cheated like me.
