Non-Redemption of Voucher Coupon

Dear All,

Recently i had gone to book tickets at big cinemas Andheri East Sangam,

I had 2 coupons of big cinemas 100 rs each which i needed to redeemed however only one coupon was acceted and redeemed and the other coupon.

The bar code fir the coupon was 0201214886906 and it is valid till 23.08.2012 (1000121488 coupon no)

The reply for non-acceptance from Manager was that the coupon is already redeemed which is not possible but i was left with no option but to buy the ticket.

This kind of service and non accepatance of gift voucher is not acceptable, please clarify and sort the problem faced by me
