Misuse of D.D.A park

I went to book a D.D.A Park (known as Samata Park, Hari Nagar) to D.D.A office at Kirti Nagar to book the party lawn for 23rd July. Initially the clerical staff refused and said that the lawn is already booked. On insistence they unneccessarily harassed me and forced me to go to some Gupta Bandhu Tent wallah though I had already hired another Tent Decorator for the function. On enquiring I was told that only Gupta Bandhu is entitled to do work there. I just want to know has D.D.A leased Samata Park to Gupta Bandhu or the D.D.A officials are being bribed by the Tent Wallah and no other person is allowed to conduct a function.

On further enquiring I was told that for the past 6 months Gupta Bandhu Tents have erected a permanent structure and the park is being used as their personal property only by bribing D.D.A officers.

It seems that the goonda raaj is prevailing and the concerned officials are not acting as they are a party to it.

Will someone take heed of this complaint and act so that a citizen of India can live in a democratic India.
