Fame Neelyog ghatkopar services are so pathetic. I asked for 2 tickets of Pirana and the guy on the counter gave me Ferrari ki sawari which he didnt bother to acknowledge then I realised it later at the screen. I called up the supervisor then he said I must have cross checked it. Good thing was he allowed to seat for pirana movie anywhere since 90% of seats were vacant but later the guy who gave us wrong ticket arrived & shouted on us and said he had to pay from his salary and shifted us to other seats during this period my mood got spoiled. Still I thought of ignoring the happening. Movie's picture quality was so bad that other people also started complaining but their was no supervisor to attend. Finally after an hour movie ended since they have cut many scences from the movie which made it difficult to connect the subject with the scenes. It stated at 11.50 pm and end at 12:10 including interval. Fame management is not bothering about the contrast display and bad quality movie, cutting the scenes & making short movies, delivering poor services, un trained staff. People must not visit this theater.
