IPLT20 Complaints - Ticket genie - ticket not delivered

I booked three tickets was and have received confirmation about the order but have not received any tickets till now. Seeing the list of complaints against the same company, it seems these guys are either inefficient or cheaters and I will definitely going to file a suit against them, if my tickets are not delivered to me in time, i.e. at least 3 days before the actual event (26-Mar).
