Ticket genie - ticket not delivered

I booked a ticket using the IPLT20 site through ticketgenie.in on March 1 and today till March 12th the tickets have not been delivered to me.

I have sent 3 mails but no response. I have tried to call them at the numbers on the website but no one picks up and they have already debited my card with the amount.

I am worried that I will miss my match and still pay for it. Can anyone help me with what further action I can take.
