ICCF can be potentially dangerous for frustrated / professional complaintants

I have strong reservations against ICCF - Indian Consumer Complaints Forum practise of open relay system of absorbing complaints without administrator control. This practise will inculcate a ruthless culture and an easy target for vulnerable companies from frustrated or profesional complaintants. The policy should be reviewed, if it really values and believes that its services are for doing good to consumers rather than knowingly or unknowingly making it a platform for mud slinging.
