Activities affecting Environment

Resident of Alacrity Indraprastha Flat, Ayyappa Nagar, 14th Avenue Lake View Road, Madipakkam. We are facing lot of problems with stray dogs in and around our street. Barking and chasing the vehicles, making places very dirty, adds much more to the puppy population, makes walking a much more difficult for all the residents, more risk to the kids, and even can find few dead puppies. We already have enough nuisance here around due to some other class humans, who does their daily clean up on the banks of the lake nearby. Also dumping of waste from nearby Chicken & Mutton Stalls. Many more activities affecting the environment happens. After recursive complaints to the area councilor and the head of Panchayat, no action has been taken till now. Who can help us in this regard? Please do take necessary action asap. Thank you very much in advance.
