Water wastage

SHREE RANG SOCEITY, MITRA NIWAS, BUILDING NO. CD C1 57, THANE (W). PIN CODE - 400 601. This is a address of a place where I see continious flowing water 24/7. The flow is good. This is such a pain to see so much of water getting wasted without stopping. Seems its a Fire Bridget Line in a building which recieves water 24/7 and the same has bursted. No one seems to be bother. Can't believe people have become so selfish that they notice it everyday but don't do anything about it. This has to be stopped because the amount of water which is getting wasted here can provide satisfactory water supply to at least 100 homes. YOUR DEPARTMENT GIVES HOPES. THIS IS A SERIOUS ISSUE WHICH NEEDS TO BE ASSISTED ASAP. There are many places in India where people have to go miles for water. This is really a shame. Please take necessary action at this place the earliest you can. Thank you.
