Dear Sir/ Madam,

I'm staying in Laitha nagar 23-18-34/2 (Residenttial Home) for 15 years, next to my house a Residential appartment has constructed. When ever power goes off, the residentail appartment (SAI Sannidhi Appts) association starts Generator (Which is used for irrigation purpose) as a result Lot of sound pollution in the area. There are many people who are heart paitents, pregnant ladies live by appartment are suffering sound pollution generated by this generator (in sai sannidhi appt). As per rules, Silencer need to be fit to the generate to reduce the sound in the generator. After many discussions held with the appartment association they are not ready to fit the silencer to the generator. Kindly take legal action on the appartment association for the cause of sound pollution. It is our responsibility to protect environment.

Kindly help us (on behalf of all people in lalitha nagar).
