Not got IPL refund amount

Hi

I have booked IPL tickets worth Rs.3, 000/- (order no.428166) through online on 12th Apr for 2nd semifinal in Bangalore. But the match got cancelled. So, to get refund, I went to stadium and enquired about refund. Team informed that I will get refund (online) with in 15 days by doing reverse transaction or informed me to contact 080-23611940. After a month also I have not received the amount which I have paid through credit card. I tried to reach the number 080-23611840, but it was a dead number, no response. Bad part is I really don't know now where to go to complain in this regard. This is really bad part of story of IPL management and they should be made responsible for this kind of menace. There should be some proper arrangement for refunds.

This is a kind of a cheating and IPL management should be held responsible. This is not the story of one person, many others also facing same problem.

Please help sincere and innocent citizens. Awaiting for your kind response in this case.
