I Nupur Mishra residing at B-8, Bhuwaneshwar Nagar colony, Ardali Bazar, Varanasi-221002 with my parents. I have to complaint regarding the sound pollution that is created during the marriage take place during marriage season. As there is rule that loudspeaker can be played only till 11.00 pm in marriages. But in my colony the park that is used for marriage purpose, lot of noise is created due to loudspeaker (DJ) which plays at full volume till 1.00 to 2.00am and lot of cheap songs are played, neither police nor any take strict action to stop this noise pollution. As this park is in the middle of the colony, there are lot of old people, small children who reside here, face a lot of problem. We are really very disturbed with all these noise pollution, we are not able to sleep whole night. I have a migraine problem (severe headache problem) because of which I am not able to sleep. So please I want the consumer forum to take strict action against this problem and someone should see that loudspeakers are not allowed to play after 10.00 or 11.00 pm in marriage lawn or park located in residential area.
