We are residing in Flat No: D/17, 4th Floor and there is water leakage problem from the terrace above us since the past 7-8 years.

We have written several complaints to the Society and the Chairman, but till date no action has been taken by them.

This year the leakage problem has increased considerably and the water is pouring inside our flat. Due to this there are chances of Short Circuit also.. We spoke to the Chairman and the committee members including Mr. Heda and Mr Dharekar, but to no avail.

As a member of the society, we have a right to complaint and it is the duty of the society to repair the terrace to avoid the water leakage, but they are just avoiding their responsiblity for one reason or the other...

We request the concerned authorities to please intervene and look into the above and help us out of this precarious situation. Also suggest us what legal remedy is available to us as a member of the society.
