in this area called Bathukammakunta, Shivam road, hyderabad city, there is a circus going for some time. they play the music outside on the loud speakers so loudly that it is disturbing the people in the surrounding areas very much. we work in the office listening to audio files carefully, and there are many students preparing for exams, we are all not able to do our work properly because of this. previous to this circus, there was another exhibition going on, who also used to play music loudly. i request you to look into this matter and do the needful.
