Dear Sirs,

Pollution due to mindless burning of leaves and wastes collected on the road/street mainly damages the respiratory system. A survey has shown the pollution has effect on majority of people suffer from eye irritation, cough, sore throat, breathlessness and poor lung functioning. Very large number of residents of Sarabojirajapuram (Papanasam Taluk) and nearby villages are living in the polluted air which is killing the people. The people are seriously suffering from wheezing asthma attacks due to this smoke. They keep on coughing all day due to this air pollution which is bringing down the quality of life across the villages.

We have on many occasions made complaints to the concerned authority but everything ends with failure.

We hope necessary possible action may please be taken.
