Replacement of shoe due to defect

I had purchased BATA COMFIT shoes from your bata retail store in month of Augest vide CASH MEMO No.29081010032 dated 29/08;BATB SHOE STORE, PRAMILA PLAZA, NEAR RAJMANDIR DISTIBUTORS, GHANDI CHOWK, BHUSAWAL. But in last week of Oct the left leg shoe has developed heavy crack from the heal. I had approached at offersaid rtail store of Bhusawal. They denied to replace the same due to non availability of original receipt with me which was misplaced.

It is therefore, requested to replace the shoe by new one after confirmation with your retail shop of Bhusawal. The detail photo copy is attached herewith for confirmation.
