Sir,

With reference to the caption subject, I have purchased BATA make Sport Shoes, Model WEIBRENNER 500 CD 9271, 821 – 7950 for Rs. 899/- on 19th Oct BATA SHOE STORE (557 / 02099), 47/1, Pune Satara Road, Opp. City Pride Theater, Pune – 411 009. Accordingly they have issued Bill to me. I was using the said shoe occasionally and also used in appropriate manner.

However on 10th of Feb. 2010 I transpired that the sole of pair of the said shoe imputed from the middle side, which is manufacturing defect. I am enclosing the photographs of the damaged shoes for your ready reference.

Thereafter on 12th of February, I went to your outlet i.e. the address mention above, for making the complaint of the same. One Mr. Shinde who is the Manager of the said outlet attended me and shone me his inability to come out from the said problem. He talk very adamantly with loud voice with me and ask me to make complaint to you.

Sir, due to this bitter service from such a reputed company which I trust from my childhood, I get surprised and hurt which cause mental pain and agony.

Under such circumstances I request you to replace the said shoe or replace the sole of the said shoe. I hope you will consider the facts and will do the needful.
