Non Delivery of Gas after booking of 13 days

I had booked Gas cylinder on 18/02 from Bharat Gas Agent - Biri Gas Service Sonipat (Haryana) with booking no. 79821 but till today they have delivered the gas cylinder. Since last week they are promising that they will gas cylinder today. There behvaiour is also very rude. They said wherever you wanna complaint please complaint. Jab hamari marzi hogi, cylinder pahucha denge..
