Negligence of service for high value purchased product

I have purchased an ac of 1.5 ton from a reputed shop of sodepur (anandadhara of SRINIKATAN shop ph.no-033-2583-4436/37/38) on the month of july. Right from the purchase date no body have come for demo purpose to me although i have repentantly requested to Mr. Samar Pal (Shop Manager-Mob no-9038879771) to send a technical person of carrier for demonstration purpose at my house. At the time of purchase they have told that 4 nos free service shall be provide in the 1st year, but still in 6 months no body have come for servicing purpose or nobody have asked for its running condition from the carrier company. Now i am thinking that i will go to consumer forum against the said BRANDED company with all the documents & demands the month extension of free servicing up to there visit & an apology letter for not to come for demo from there site at my home.
