Carrier window AC Durakool 1.5 t
POOR SERVICE

Dear Sir,

I have bought the CARRIER WINDOW AC 1.5 Ton from SE AIRCON PVT LTD. - Ghaziabad on 20 May.

After just few days of installtion the find the AC to discharge a huge water from the body not from the duct. On complaint of our neighbour who lives in the ground floor we called the service person from the Agency who told that theframe is not properly installed and he put some wooden piece to raise the level so that water should not go to that side.

But in the next time, means this season starting again after those people did the Servicing we faced the similar problem. This time they said that the Technical person is on leave and we will attend you soon. But things goes in similar way and our neighbour also stopped complaining,

Last month in June when humidity is very high the discharge has become more and the neighbour has got seapage in the roof and side waals due to that. We again complained this time and the agency told that as your warranty is over you have to pay the visit charges of Rs. 350. We agreed that if problem is solved money is not big thing. But this time some new person came and he just did the Servicing of AC and said that Sir, now your AC will not leak and there was some loose point in AC which I have tightened.

2 hours after he left we told the person that the same discharge is happening and you need to put something to bring that level upside.but we have yet not received any mechanic. Its been 10 days and for 2-3 weeks we are not switching on the AC because of this problem and they are saying the person is not available and we need to wait.

Please suggest me what could be the solution for this.
