Cera camod
No proper service

I purchased a cera toilet camod from your so called authorised dealer"Hindustan sanitory, Bharatpur gate Mathura". The flush system is not functioning properly from begining but despite of several complains i failed to get my complain doely attended by a auth.service engineer from CERA.I do not want any free service and i am ready to pay the scheduled service charges.
