In the name V.HEMAPRASATH is a 13 years old boy. As per your Sweepstakes rules, Is he eligible to claim the Sweepstakes Grand prize? Why I am asking the question is last year, in the final selection, Readers Digest rejected the name, only due to the applicant is minor. What I have to do? Please clear my doubts.
