V.HEMAPRASATH, S/o K.VADIVEL, VELMAIL ILLAM, AB NAGAR (WEST), VEERAPANDI -Po, TIRUPPUR, TAMIL NADU. But you sent this parcel to wrong destination "TIRUPATI, ANDRA PRADESH". So the parcel got delayed.

alongwith Complete History of the World-Richard Overy against your Invoice No. ORA090015589, dated 16-DEC-09.
But as per your assurance, Free Round-trip air ticket worth Rs.7000/- is missing in the parcel.
Now, What I have to do to claim the free air ticket?

In the name V.HEMAPRASATH is a 13 years old boy. As per your Sweepstakes rules, Is he eligible to claim the Sweepstakes Grand prize? Why I am asking the question is last year, in the final selection, Readers Digest rejected the name, only due to the applicant is minor. What I have to do? Please clear my doubts.
