On 9/8, I bought aqua guard from Mr. Arul (salesman Anna Nagar). But he did not give the machine that came in courier and he took it and gave us old machine. The day from which we fixed the machine for 10days once the purifier does not work properly. So, I request you to give us new RO/Reviva machine. So that we does not have water for drinking.
