Wrong delivery

Dear Sir,

Pl refer to my order no. 112609, I had ordered for a product - Summit 2 pc luxury set (code - 2070) of brown colour. But I have been delivered the above product of burgundy colour vide invoice no. 97462. Also, it has been observed that stiching of one bag is not proper near chain.

It is therefore, requested to replace it with the product having brown colour as early as possible. In this regard, I talked several times to the representative of GIFT 360, but nothing has been donefor the last one month.
