Horn is not working

This is to imform u that i have given my passion byke in serviece. At that time the supervisor had check all the thing wrere working. When i went to receive my byke from serviece the horn was not working. The supervisor told me that ur bettry is not working properly but and also he told me that after using some time it wil work. but still not. After one weak i went to the service centre SIDDHI AUTO the supervisor DHARMESH BHAI told me that the bolt of the horn setting is not there. I need to change full horn. Then i went to the manager HASMUKH BHAI he also dint reply me properly. I had almost given the written complain. The macanic who want to help me for the same MR DHARMESHBHAI is stopping him to hepl me. He was not giving me your email address also. replying very badlly. I m using my byke without working of my horn. Not setisfied with the serviece.
