Incorrect deduction

My mobile no is :9795057757, i haven`t activated any value added services so far, since july 17th background music has been activated but, how, i dont know, even there is`t any background music heard.since then, 28th july, 27th aug, rs.20/ has been deducted, though, this service was never subscribed. So, please deactivate this service from my mobile, and return my rs.60/.
