Not replacing the LPG cylinder which is damage

Espected sir,

i mrs s.r.jawade having LPG connection of indane (indian oil) our gas agency name is m/s karuna gas agency (INDANE DISTRIBUTOR) plot no 32, surendra nagar nagpur-440015 my consumer no is KG-26604.The complient is so serious that big accident can happen as the gas cylinder is leake from the main outlet (main pin is damage) when plastic cap is taken out and inspite of frequent reminder/complaint this gas agency people are tacking so casually and not giving replacement it is very dangerious to keep that cylinder inside the premise i request your self to please take this matter seriously and on priority as matter of fact the agency people are very much rideculious/casual one more complaint is that they are intrested in giving the cylinder in their chain net work with extra amount and the person those who are by procedure appling the number they are not getting the cylinder i can give you hundred of complaint regarding this type from this agency is this the procedure of our company to give service to the costumer and end user as every costumer are not awair of complaint procedure hence pls help to solve this problem most urgently before any big casuality happen and have some check on gas agency to avoid further complication and other leagel action
