Sir,
I was a traveller in the train Veravel Exp, 6333, from Mookambika Road (byndoor) to Trivandrum on 22nd of January. In Uduppi, Pantry Car staff supplied vegitable rice. The rice was not cooked well. But, becasue of hungry, I swalllowed it. The co-passenger of mine, threw out the rice with chicken. I travelled in S12 coach and my berth no. is 15 and my co-passenger 's was 16.
Moreover, the pickle supplied with food was very difficult to open. I informed the supplier, Mr. Sunil Kumar. S and he replied that the pickled is supplied by a Company. I got a receipt from the sales man, that is, no. 941, issued by CKK CATERING SERVICE, South Railway Station Road, Ernakulam682016.
kindly take care of the quality of meal supplied and confirm the pickle should be easy to handle. Really it is very tough to open.
Kindly take this as a response from a citizen, and take proper action to serve better. Thus by creating goodwill among people.
Moreover, complaint register form in the IRCTC web site, is not user friendly. I tried so many times to file the complaint. It become futile after a desperate attempts.
I think, it will serve the objective of IRCTC by keeping promises.
