Irregular delivery

Dear Sir, I have a LPG connection (consumer no 399405) through the local distributor TECHNICO (distributor code-160106), Guwahati, Assam since last more than one year. The delivery of LPG is very irregular. Every time they deliver the LPG after 30-35 days from the date of booking. Even to get the LPG after one month, I have to go to their counter minimum 3-4 times to remind them to deliver the LPG.Every time they says, LPG have sent to your house through door delivery agencies, but I never get it. I suspect, the door deliver agency is delivered the same to others by taking some extra money which is issued in my name. I am totally frustrated with the service provieded by the agency.

Please help to short out the issue and make the arrangement for smooth delivery.
