Non delivery after taking payment

I had placed an order for a Kodak camera which comes with a package of holiday for 2 nights and 3 days at 65 destinations, and a flight ticket for a sum of Rs 5298/- and made the payment through credit card on 18 Dec. But till today i have not received my parcel. I called the helpline no 011 40502424 but to my surprise i am not getting any clear reply. I think ITBC is cheating customers giving false promises.
