Promised holiday not given

Holiday Voucher No. ITBC 9446 - Memberhip No. ITBC09117742 - I had to contact bigcity promotions for getting the holiday against the said holiday voucher. After bigcity confirm it, I have to send a draft for Rs.800/- for getting the holiday. However, there has been no confirmation from bigcity inspite of me sending them the prescribed for with all the details. I have been complaining since October but to no avail. I had spoken to Kunal Shah of Indiatoday and also sent the mail to him but to no avail.
