IRCTC TRAIN TICKET

I had booked a train ticket on of may from IRCTC web site in Bhopal and suppose to be delevered at the following address C/O B. koteshwar Rao, 18/85, New Shanti Nagar, Raipur - 492 007

Someone from overnight express courier service, Raipur has colled me at morning on my phone and he requested me to collect the tickets at overnight express office, Raipur without stating the branch I requested him to diliver it at my home address but he had not do so. He said we do not diliver at home address if u need it You must come to here. very bad service of Raipur office.

concerned offcer is requested to please take strong action against Raipur Branch.under intimation to my email: bgp_bpl@yahoo.com
