Airtel Service Issue - "You are not suppose to call this number"

Hi,

I have users who call me on 9632137137, get a message "YOU ARE NOT SUPPOSE TO CALL THIS NUMBER"; I have also call the Airtel 198 and logged a service complaint against this issue. But NO action has been inniciated till. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.
