Product was faulty, I want my refund

I had purchased a Air Sofa 5 in 1 on 21 April Januaryat 4000/-R.S.. This product was extremely faulty one. It developed punctures as soon as one sat on it for more than 1 hour. the product was ordered by tele shopping.

The product is mentioned with 3yr of warranty. After I recieved the faulty pruduct which has developed several punctures, I asked for repair or replacement. But no response was given. The person does not answer to calls made to his number.

Even after contacting 1-2 times, i got extremely undesirable responses.
