I have purchase 5 nos AC (vertis elite 1.5 ton split) from Song-yukta Electronics, Balagandi, Grandroad, puri (06752223858, 224858) for our project jeevansandhya inn. before purchase we had condition with the dealer that we will purchase only copper condensor used AC at any cost. because puri is a saltu climate . and the dealer convinced us, but after purchase i got these Ac s outdoor are not used copper condensor .then i complained to the dealer but he did not agree with us and argue again and again . i have also complaint with the sales officer bhubaneswar but till no result found.

Now what should i do? please help us.
