Kitchen Mate at B- Zone Durgapur 713205 is an agent of INDANE brand LP Gas of INDIAN oil. They have a gas booking system through mobile massage. Unfortunately they hardly confirm booking & if we try to enquire about the booking status over phone they hardly respond. I have a very bitter experience of sending two massages to them successively. I sent the 2nd message-request because I was not confirmed whether booking was done in the 1st message or not. In response they went on sending me confirmation massages against the first booking daily more than 30 or 40 messages successively for four or five days. LP GAS CYLINDERS ARE ONE OF THE MOST DANGEROUS SAFETY HAZARDS we face in our domestic life. We may need help from the dealer at any time to combat problems caused by gas leakage. So no dealer should keep such childish person with the phone who hardly understands his responsibility.
