Hi my LOOP mobile number is 9821990512 i am being harased by LOOP customer service people. First they activate all irrelevant stuff on phone and deduct money from account on everyday. example cricket updates..

Later i received a call from LOOP asking to convert it to Post paid. this number is used by my mom n she scold them saying dont ever call back and told her the problem that we are facing.

that girl instead of solving the problem she disconnected the number this number is more then 7 to 8 yrs old and i cant afford to deactivate it. now today 29/11 i called them more then 10times you can check the interaction with LOOP mobile and all the customer service agents are giving me time 15mins to get it activated. its more then 6hours now.

Please give proper education to ur agents to talk with manners and respect the speaker. YOU GUYS ARE GETTING PAID COZ OF YOUR CUSTOMER AND THATS WE SO BEHAVE PROPERLY AND SOLVE OUR PROBLEM DONT CREATE THEM..
