RECEIVED CAR WITH DENT AND SCRATCHES ON ITS SERVICE/LATE DELIVERY

Sir,

I am lodging this complaint against the authorised service centre of Maruti Cars i.e. Lovely Autos, Jalandhar. I have given my Maruti 800 car bearing No. PB08BC8955 for service on 07.01.2011 alongwith some of denting and painting, some of which was to be covered under insurance and while some has to be paid. After 6 days i.e. on 11.01. no work of denting/painting was done and my car was delivered to be with more dent and major scratches on the body of car above the front right wheel. When initially pointed out this to the Works Manager, the mechanic categorically brushed compound on it so as to hide their mistake. On being pointed out to the Manager, neither any action for its denting and painting was taken nor any response received till date.

Moreover, on the same day i.e. 11.01. when I made the payment on before 10.30 a.m., the car was delivered to me at 3.00 p.m. No responsibility is taken at their end to deliver the car on being clearing the service payments etc.

I with heavy heart and great harrassment loding this complaint so as I may get justice or a reasonable compensation with the loss of time and dent/scratches made in my car my the authorised serice centre.
