Efusal to accept goods purchased

I had bought 4 vests from the retail stores named 'more', a retail stores of the aditya birla group of companies on 21st February. I found the vests didn't fit me and therefore I went to return three of the vsts on 28th February within the stipulated 15 days' time for returns. They simply refused. The email id printed in their web sites is false because I could not represent my case in spite of repeated attempts. Please advise how I may reach their authorities to lodge my grievance.
