Nokia 5130 mobile
Product not working properly

I Purchase a Nokia 5130 mobile in june from a vendor of nokia in Asansol, west Bengal. the mobile is in warranty period. the mobile is not working properly. any tone saved gets deleted automatically. We went to customer care centre at Asansol, west Bengal. Every time they take the mobile and say to come after 15 days, they will send it to new delhi. After 15 day when we recollect the mobile, it has the same problem. Lastly it happened on 18th dec.2009. Once again they are saying that please submit the mobile, we will send it once again. When area Manager was contacted, he told that he can’t do something. What else you want you can do. Please suggest what I should do. Through this site I want the attention of concerned person to tackle my problem and solve it at the earliest.
