This is a long pending order for which I have been following up with India Today Book Club and Bag It Today for more than 1 year. Pending order is for REEBOK FITNESS KIT with booking ID 880004823. What I understood from customer care department is this booking ID (paid by credit card) got punched in under another booking ID 880004826 which was Cash On Delivery due to some mistake in their system.

I had paid the amount by credit card on 01 Nov for Rs. 3199/- and the amount is debited from my credit card account. Credit Card statement was forwarded multiple times. Also the AUTH CODE given by HDFC BANK for this transaction is 058160.

1. Reebok Track Suit - Extra Large

2. Reebok Shoes LITE - Size 10

3. Reebok Bag & Towel

4. Reebok Watch
