Dear Sir,

I had purchased shoes from BATA store in Jodhpur on 15th January.

within 5 times of usage, the shoes has been severely damaged from the front side.

Product no is 808-2254.

Accidently, I had misplaced my purchase RECEIPT, so kindly give me a written proof as a mail so that I can get a claim.
