Shoe to be replaced/repaired

I had purchased a REEBOK Shoe on discounton 1/5, from M/s Mayur Associates, Plot No. 3, Chandragiri Colony, Beside RTA Office Trimulgherry SEcunderabad 500 015, Ph 040-27742917, Item No. R100091 CL ORYX MID/RYL/10 8A - 2690 SHOE amounting actual price 2999, but after discount Rs. 1500/-. But on 3/5 the sole is coming off. The company told to come after one week. But I think I used the shoe for only 2 days. I must be given a new one.
